Industrial resin floor application with Arturo - 2 day course
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
This 2-day practical training course is designed for flooring contractors and installers who want hands-on experience in the application of Arturo industrial resin flooring systems. Delivered in partnership with Arturo, the course combines classroom-based technical knowledge with extensive practical application, focusing on best-practice installation methods, moisture control, surface preparation, and high-performance industrial resin systems. Participants will gain practical insight into product selection, correct preparation techniques, specialist tools, and professional finishing methods, ensuring installations meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Day 1:
- Concrete prep, techniques, moisture testing and moisture mitigation classroom & practical
- Moisture control and OT primer/DPM – classroom and practical, use of tapes to show how clean straight edges are achieved
- Priming
- Epoxy repair mortars and coving epoxy – classroom and practical
- High build coatings and demarcation lines– classroom and practical
- Epoxy SL – EP2500 & EP2580, specialist tools for EP2580.
Day 2:
- Specialist products – ESD epoxy quartz screeds– classroom and practical
- Full flake systems! De-nibbing
- Epoxy sealers of previously applied systems from day 1
