Technical Manager (South) Permanent Full-time Field Based

Our UK subsidiary, Uzin Utz UK Ltd, is looking for an experienced Technical Manager (South). This role will give you the opportunity to work with a multi-brand provider, supporting the operational side of the business by working with the company’s suppliers, distributors, business partners, and end customers.

Technical Manager (South)

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support and assist the growth of all Uzin Utz brands
• Assist Area Sales Managers and clients through site visits, the provision of technical specifications, and the preparation of reports. 
• Conduct subfloor moisture surveys in compliance with British Standards. 
•  Accurately document test data and maintain records on CRM database.
•  Perform on-site technical investigations pertaining to product performance issues. 
•  Provide support to customers through on-site product demonstrations and toolbox discussions. 
•  Manage technical enquiries. 

•  Facilitate external training events for customers and partners. 

   

• Essential Criteria for Applicants:
•  
• Knowledge in subfloor preparation and the installation of flooring systems.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and processes
• Good communication and delegating skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Full UK driving licence

• Desirable Criteria for Applicants:
• Knowledge of CRM
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
